My name is Anna, and I create anatomically accurate medical visualizations in 2D and 3D. My illustrations help explain how the body and its organs are built, what happens during surgery, why something hurts, and how it's treated.
I work with doctors, educators, scientific editors, and publishers. Requests come to me from across many fields of medicine: I create illustrations for surgeons, oncologists, neurologists, dentists, rehabilitation specialists, pediatricians, veterinarians, and movement specialists — from Russia, the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, and other countries. My work can be seen in textbooks, books, scientific articles, mobile apps, online courses, and at conferences.
Alongside this, I lead the 3D direction of Easy Anatomy, an app for studying anatomy. I work with male and female anatomical 3D models of the human body, each containing over 3,700 structures. Before that, I created more than 1,500 anatomical illustrations for the app and led a team of 10 illustrators.
What sets my work apart is the combination of artistic skill, 3D experience, and anatomical knowledge. I don't just draw — I understand what I'm depicting, I know the anatomical structures and how they're built, and I'm versed in physiology and medical terminology.
